For Contractors

Whether it was in a magazine, on TV, or at the builder’s show, chances are you’ve seen or heard about Perennial Wood. And there’s an even better chance your next homeowner will ask for it by name.

The technology
The technology used in Perennial Wood is called TruLast Technology, a proprietary process – acetylation – that could be mastered only by some of the world’s leading chemists. Eastman has been acetylating wood pulp for more than 80 years, so it’s no surprise that acetylated wood falls into the portfolio of this $9.1 billion company. What’s more? Decking and porch flooring come with a 25-year limited residential warranty so you can rest easy knowing we stand behind our product.
